How accurate is the model alignment in AR?
Our AR engine uses spatial anchors and camera-based. Accuracy is within centimeters, but this AR still not ideal for surveying.

Yes. Once a model is downloaded to the device, it can be used offline. Syncing data (e.g., updates or progress) will require an internet connection.
